The ceremony was heartfelt and full of emotion, with friends and family gathered close to witness their vows. Led by Katie's pastor, the ceremony was filled with heartfelt, personal touches that made it warm, welcoming, and truly unforgettable.

Following the ceremony, guests were treated to a vibrant cocktail hour featuring live music from a traditional Irish band. As guests enjoyed drinks and conversation, the band filled the room with the soulful sounds of Ireland and created an atmosphere that felt both festive and meaningful.

One of the night’s most memorable surprises came when an Irish dance performance broke out, delighting everyone in the room! It was a wonderful, high-energy moment that added even more excitement and celebration to an already incredible evening.

As the night wound down, Katie and Gabe’s closest family and friends lingered for one last drink at the bar and some late-night pizza. A perfect ending to an unforgettable evening!

Behind the Scenes: Flipping the Room and Keeping the Celebration Flowing

While guests enjoyed the music and mingling, the O.M.Gee Events team got to work. Allie and her assistant, Julia, led the flip of the main space, transforming it seamlessly from a heartfelt ceremony setting into a lively reception area, with the help of the wonderful event staff at the Irish Center and Easton Premier Services.

Throughout the evening, Allie was on-site ensuring that the timeline ran smoothly by managing transitions, coordinating with vendors, and handling any little hiccups along the way. With careful planning and a hands-on approach, the evening unfolded effortlessly, allowing Katie, Gabe, and their guests to fully immerse themselves in the joy of the celebration.

The night was filled with dancing, laughter, and so much love. It was a true reflection of Katie and Gabe’s vibrant spirit and the community that surrounds them. O.M.Gee Events was honored to be part of such a meaningful and magical day!
