Jesse and Jordan’s wedding day was nothing short of magical! Held at the iconic Ruba Club in Philadelphia, their celebration beautifully blended timeless romance, family traditions, and a whole lot of fun. From the moment guests entered the building, it was clear that this wedding was full of heart. They were welcomed by a thoughtfully curated Generational Love Table, showcasing cherished photos of family members who had come before them. It set the perfect tone for the day and honored the love stories that paved the way for Jesse and Jordan’s own.

The ceremony itself was filled with heartfelt moments, joyful laughter, and so much genuine love from family and friends. Every smile, every tear, and every laugh truly captured Jesse and Jordan’s spirit. Their vows were a perfect mix of sincerity and lightheartedness that made them feel even more personal and special.

Following the ceremony, guests transitioned into cocktail hour with cozy speakeasy vibes. The Ruba Club’s unique vintage charm paired perfectly with the atmosphere Jesse and Jordan envisioned. With moody lighting, classic cocktails, and lots of mingling, it was bound to be a night to remember.

As the evening continued, guests returned upstairs for the reception and were surprised to find the space completely transformed. Thoughtful, personal touches adorned each table as guests found their seats and enjoyed a delicious dinner. The celebration carried on with a lively night of dancing and fun.

As a final treat, guests were sent home with individually wrapped Philly soft pretzels, a fun and flavorful nod to the couple’s hometown. It was the perfect Philadelphia send-off to a perfect night!

Behind the Scenes: A Seamless Flip

While guests enjoyed the cocktail hour, the O.M.Gee Events team was busy behind the scenes! Allie and her assistant, Julia, quickly and efficiently flipped the main space, transforming it from a romantic ceremony setup into a lively, welcoming reception area. Thanks to detailed planning, teamwork, and a touch of event magic, the transformation was smooth and seamless which created the perfect flow for the evening’s festivities.

Jesse and Jordan’s wedding was a true celebration of love, family, and tradition and O.M.Gee Events was honored to be part of their unforgettable day.

"Allie and her team were the first vendor I booked with, and the only regret I have from my wedding day was that I didn't go with a bigger package. Allie was so accommodating, and patient especially as I dealt with family issues that really knocked my plans to DIY around. I hired Allie as my day of coordinator and she made it actively hard for me to worry about anything! Whether it was Decor Ideas I didn't think of such as using the centerpieces for the stage during the ceremony, or managing a bunch of too eager to help wedding party members, Allie really pulled everything off with no issues. My wedding involved a flip of the ceremony space into the reception space, and it was the most nerve racking part for me. Allie and Julia not only directed the catering and events team but helped get everything set up in no time. It allowed me to fully enjoy my day, and for that I'm extremely grateful."
