With a coordinator taking care of everything behind the scenes, you can actually be present and soak up every magical moment of your wedding.
This package includes: - Timeline creation - Two additional before the wedding virtual consultations. These meetings are 1 hour each and give us a chance to review all aspects about the day-of. - Week-of wedding unlimited communication with coordinator - Week-of wedding vendor coordination: O.M.Gee Events will send your vendors the timeline and floor plan the week of, as well field any questions coming in from them - Day before rehearsal on-site at wedding venue/review details in person (1 hour) - 10 hours day-of coordination: 1 coordinator and 1 assistant coordinator - Set up of personal decor items - Day-Of "Emergency" Kit - Distribute any vendor gratuities Pricing starting at $2,000

Think of it as our Day-of service's fun older sibling - it comes with all the same great support, plus extra goodies to make sure your final month is all about popping champagne and getting pampered, not scrambling around with last-minute details.
This package includes the Day-of Coordination Package Plus: - Floor plan creation - Additional 1 hour consultation meeting - Vendor recommendations - Month-of unlimited communication with coordinator - Month-of vendor management - Day before rehearsal on-site at wedding venue/review details in person (1.5 hour) - 11 hours of day-of coordination, 2 coordinators Pricing starting at $3,500
