The Day-Of Wedding Coordination package is perfect for the DIY planning couple. Investing in this service ensures that all of your hard work goes according to YOUR plan! Having a day-of coordinator enables you to enjoy your wedding day to the fullest extent.
This package includes:
- Timeline creation (3 months out)
- Two additional before the wedding virtual consultations. These meetings are 1 hour each and give us a chance to
review all aspects about the day-of.
- Week-of wedding unlimited communication with coordinator
- Week-of wedding vendor coordination: O.M.Gee Events will send your vendors the timeline and floor plan the week of,
as well field any questions coming in from them
- Day before rehearsal on-site at wedding venue/review details in person (1 hour)
- 10 hours day-of coordination: 1 coordinator and 1 assistant coordinator
- Set up of personal decor items
- Day-Of "Emergency" Kit
- Distribute any vendor gratuities

Month-Of Coordination

The Month-Of Wedding Coordination package was created to provide the DIY couple with extra guidance and a stress free month leading up to the big day. Month-Of coordination is similar to Day-Of, but provides extra amenities to ensure you have all the support you need to make the month-of your wedding all about celebrating you and not about the coordinating.
This package includes the Day-Of Coordination Package Plus:
- Floor plan creation (3 months out)
-Additional 1 hour consultation meeting
- Vendor recommendations
- Day-Of Transportation coordination
- Month-Of unlimited communication with coordinator
- Month-Of vendor management
- Day before rehearsal on-site at wedding venue/review details in person (1.5 hour)
- 11 hours of day-of coordination, 2 coordinators
