Morgan and Tyler’s wedding was a beautiful summer celebration filled with heartfelt moments, thoughtful details, and plenty of personality. Set against gorgeous views of the Delaware River and surrounding greenery, the day embraced the natural beauty of the venue while adding personal touches that made the celebration uniquely theirs.

The day began with a sweet first look, giving Morgan and Tyler a quiet moment together before the excitement of the day truly began. The couple also exchanged private vows, and hearing their words to one another brought tears to both of their eyes. It was an intimate and emotional start to a day that would be filled with plenty of celebration.

Despite the summer heat (and the possibility of rain), the weather cooperated beautifully for their outdoor ceremony. With the water and trees surrounding the space, the setting couldn't have been more picturesque. A violinist performed covers of popular songs during the ceremony and cocktail hour, adding a romantic and unique touch to the atmosphere.

The details throughout the day complemented the natural setting beautifully. Blue and green accents brought in subtle pops of color inspired by the surrounding landscape, while gorgeous florals added an elegant finishing touch. Guests were also invited to participate in a fingerprint family tree, creating a meaningful keepsake filled with the fingerprints of the people who came to celebrate Morgan and Tyler.

The bride's creativity was also on full display throughout the reception. Morgan created the signage and seating chart herself, adding personal details that fit perfectly into the overall design.

As the reception got underway, the wedding party introductions brought plenty of personality and energy into the room. Morgan and Tyler shared a beautiful first dance, followed by sweet parent dances and a touching blessing from the bride's grandmother. Later in the evening, Morgan surprised everyone with an outfit change into an altered and updated version of her mother’s bridal dress; a sentimental detail that was both adorable and incredibly meaningful.

And then, the party really began!

The dance floor was absolutely bumping throughout the night. With great music from the DJ and guests ready to celebrate, the energy stayed high and everyone fully embraced the party. Morgan and Tyler were clearly excited to get the celebration started, and their excitement was contagious.

Behind the Scenes: Keeping the Celebration on Track

Behind the scenes, the O.M.Gee Events team worked closely with the venue staff to keep the day running smoothly. Assistant Alyssa and the rest of the vendor team handled the setup wonderfully, setting up chairs and tables, all while simultaneously handling the decor.

With a tight photography timeline and limited time before the ceremony, keeping everything moving was especially important. Allie helped organize the family and wedding party photos and kept the timeline on track so that every important moment could still happen without the couple feeling rushed.

The summer heat brought another challenge, especially for outdoor photos. When the heat and humidity became too much, family and wedding party photos were moved indoors at the last minute. The team quickly adapted and made sure all of the necessary photos were captured.

And when it came to keeping the bride comfortable throughout the day, O.M.Gee Events was ready for that too! Morgan's blotting wipes were never far away, helping her stay fresh and camera-ready despite the heat.

Alyssa also coordinated the off-site shuttles for guests, while the team helped vendors get acquainted with the venue and handled setup and cleanup behind the scenes.

One of the sweetest moments came when the couple got to see the reception tent before guests entered. Watching Morgan and Tyler see their vision come to life was a special moment, ESPECIALLY after all the planning and personal touches they had put into the day.

The venue staff and coordinator were wonderful to work alongside, and the DJ kept the party going all night long. The photographer also shared how grateful they were to have O.M.Gee Events there to help with family photos and keep everything moving.
